I’ve used Kevin and the Shingle Hut team for several roofs over the years and I won’t ever use anyone else. These guys are super responsive and follow through. We have a very large roof and they were still able to knock it out with precision in a day and a half. Afterward they took special care to clean the site and make sure that old shingles, trash, and nails were removed. We have kids and large dogs, so ensuring no nails were left was very important; I was very happy with their cleanup! When it comes to navigating insurance claims and HOA boards, things seem to get more complicated every year. Kevin help me every step of the way. From help with prep of the in initial submission to the HOA architectural committee, to proactively meeting with the adjuster onsite, to reviewing the insurance response, and helping to answer questions along the way. Finally, after everything was done we did a walk-through complete with providing pictures of the process and finished product that was very helpful in claiming back depreciation from the insurance. I highly recommend Shingle Hut. They were fast, honest and did an excellent job. They responded quickly and helped us navigate the insurance process and were always available to answer questions. Once the claim was approved, they were out right away and completed the work quickly. They worked hard to cover and protect our AC units, patio furniture and landscaping from debris. When they were finished, they cleaned up everything and went through the yard with a magnet to make sure there were no nails left behind. They did everything they were supposed to do without having to be asked.

Kevin was very thorough with the documentation process and explanation for the submission of the claim. His team did an amazing job and completed the work in one day! They went above and beyond the scope of work and kept the same price on the invoice. Roof installation/repair is an extremely messy process but they left the yard and surroundings in immaculate condition.
