Qualifications
- Must be comfortable talking face to face with customers
- Must be able to climb a ladder to a roof
- Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Must be independent, self-disciplined, and possess excellent management skills
- Must have a smart phone capable of taking pictures/video during home inspections
- Sales experience is a plus
Responsibilities & Duties of the Position
- Inspect and document homes for storm restoration
- Meet directly with homeowners and inspectors
- Create estimates, measure home exteriors, and assess damages for restoration
- Create lead generation for new prospects
- Go door-to-door talking to neighbors
