Basic Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and close deals
- Sell our roofing services
- Willingness to knock doors and engage with homeowners

QUALIFICATIONS
- Must talk directly with customers
- Must be able to climb a ladder to a roof and walk around on roof
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driverโs license
- Must be independent, self-disciplined
- Must possess excellent time management skills
- Must have a smartphone capable of taking pictures/video during home inspection
- Must have a positive attitude and neat appearance
- Outside sales experience a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Inspect and document homes for storm restoration
- Measure home exteriors and assess damages for restoration
- Write and provide scopes of work for repair/restoration when applicable
- Generate formal contracts
- Create lead generation for new prospects
- Willingness to knock doors and engage with homeowners
- Run company-provided leads
